Use case: sales calls

A private AI sales call assistant for Zoom and Teams

AuraCloak puts an AI chat window over your demo on Windows. Ask about a pricing tier, a competitor claim or an objection, read the answer, and keep sharing your screen. The prospect sees your demo and Windows keeps the overlay out of the share.

Who it is for

An AI sales call assistant for reps who don't have a sales-tech stack

The tools that rank for "real-time AI sales assistant" are mostly built for sales floors. They listen to every call, detect keywords like "too expensive" and push a battle card into a sidebar, then sync notes to the CRM. That works when RevOps has rolled it out, legal has signed off on recording, and the company pays per seat.

Plenty of people sell without any of that: founders running their own demos, solo account executives, consultants pitching a retainer, sales engineers covering three products. They still get the question they can't answer from memory. A March 2026 arXiv paper on an enterprise sales copilot (Qiu et al.) puts a manual answer lookup at 25 to 65 seconds per query. That is a long silence on a call.

AuraCloak is the lighter option. Nothing listens. You ask when you need to, by typing, by pasting the prospect's line from the chat, or with Alt+V push-to-talk from your own mic. It won't spot objections automatically or score your call afterward. It will answer from the pricing and competitor notes you gave it, in an always-on-top window that your Zoom or Teams share leaves out.

Scenarios

Where reps use it on a call

Pricing questions mid-demo

"What does the Growth plan include for five entities?" Your plans are in the system prompt, so the answer matches your actual price sheet.

"Your competitor is cheaper"

Ask for two bullets that answer the claim without trashing the competitor, based on the comparison notes you wrote.

Security questions you can't answer

Attach your security whitepaper PDF before the call. When the prospect asks about SSO or data residency, ask the overlay to quote the relevant section.

Discovery that stalls

The prospect gives one-word answers. Ask for two open questions about their current approval process and keep the call moving.

Their screen, your context

When they share their current workflow, press Alt+S and ask which steps your product replaces.

The follow-up email

Before you close the overlay, ask for a recap email with the plan discussed and the agreed next step. Edit, then send it from your own mail app.

The setup that matters

Your system prompt is the battle card

Generic AI answers are useless on a sales call. Spend ten minutes writing a system prompt with your plans, prices, competitors and rules. Here is an example for a made-up product.

  • Keep it short. The system prompt is sent with every question, so every extra line costs tokens.
  • Tell it to say "check with the SE" when it isn't sure, so it doesn't invent a feature
  • Attach PDFs or text files for detail it only needs sometimes
You are my assistant on live sales calls. Product: Ledgerly, AP automation for 50-500 person companies. Plans: Starter $400/mo (1 entity). Growth $900/mo (5 entities, approval flows). Enterprise custom (SSO, audit log). Competitors: BillCo (cheaper, single entity only). PayFlow (strong ERP sync, 12-month contracts). Answer in at most 2 bullets. Never invent a feature. If unsure, say "check with the SE".
Example prompts

Real questions, with the battle card above loaded

Replies are examples. Yours depend on your prompt and model.

Objection

You: they say BillCo is 30% cheaper. 2 bullets

Reply: - BillCo prices one entity. With your 3 subsidiaries you would run 3 accounts and reconcile by hand.
- Growth covers 5 entities and approval flows in one plan, so compare it with 3 BillCo seats plus admin time.

Feature check

You: do we support SCIM on Growth?

Reply: Your notes list SSO on Enterprise only and don't mention SCIM. Check with the SE before answering.

Screenshot

You: Alt+S they're showing their current invoice flow. which steps would Ledgerly remove?

Reply: The manual PDF upload and the email approval chain. The final ERP export stays, but Growth can push it automatically.

Wrap-up

You (Alt+V): draft a follow-up: recap Growth plan, next step is security review Thursday 2pm

Reply: Subject: Ledgerly next steps. Thanks for the time today. Recap: Growth at $900/mo covers your five entities and approval flows...

FAQ

AI sales call assistant questions

Does AuraCloak listen to my sales calls?

No. AuraCloak never hears the prospect and never records the call. You type a question, paste a line, take a screenshot with Alt+S, or press Alt+V to speak into your own microphone. Nothing about the call reaches the AI unless you send it.

Will the prospect see the overlay while I share my demo?

Not in the screen share. AuraCloak uses the Windows WDA_EXCLUDEFROMCAPTURE flag, so Zoom, Teams and Google Meet in a browser leave the window out of what they send, even when you share your whole screen. It needs Windows 10 version 2004 or later.

Can AuraCloak connect to Salesforce or HubSpot?

No. AuraCloak has no CRM integration. Paste the account notes you need into the chat, or attach an exported PDF or text file before the call.

How do I give it our pricing and battle cards?

Put the short version in the custom system prompt: plans, prices, top competitors and the rules for answering. Attach longer material, such as a security whitepaper PDF, at the start of the conversation. The last 10 exchanges are sent as context.

Where does my deal information go?

Straight from your PC to the AI provider you picked. AuraCloak has no account, no telemetry and no chat sync. If your company requires it, point AuraCloak at your own Azure OpenAI deployment or a local model through a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
